Order Cancellation Policy

Because most of our products are made to order and raw materials are specifically sourced for each purchase, we maintain minimal inventory. Therefore:

• Cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of placing the order.
• If the request is made after 12 hours, the order cannot be cancelled.

Return & Refund Terms

• Customers returning an item are eligible for a 100% refund of the product price, excluding shipping fees.
• A 25% restocking fee applies to all returned items.
• If a refund is requested, the total refund amount will be the purchase price minus shipping and restocking fees.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable, as they are not reimbursed by the courier.

Exchange & Store Credit

• Sale items are final and non-refundable.
• Customers may request store credit or an exchange for a different size (same item value only).
• Freight and shipping fees for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.
