30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery under the conditions below.

Eligible Returns Must:

✓ Be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
✓ Include all original tags and packaging
✓ Have a verified defect or sizing error (if applicable)

Non-Returnable Items:

✗ Items damaged after delivery (stains, alterations, wear)
✗ Returns requested after 30 days

How Returns Work

Step 1: Email support@jacketdrop.com
within 30 days with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the issue (if applicable)
  • Reason for return

Step 2: Our team will respond within 24–48 hours with:

  • Return authorization (if approved)
  • Shipping instructions

Step 3: Ship items back to our warehouse using the provided instructions.

Refunds & Exchanges Refunds

  • Processed within 10 business days after your return is received
  • Issued to your original payment method
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable (unless due to our error)

Exchanges

  • Size exchanges must be requested within 48 hours of delivery
  • Customer covers return shipping unless the error is ours
  • Replacement items ship within 3–5 business days after approval

Damaged Items
