Jacket Drop Return & Exchange Policy

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days from the delivery date under the conditions below.

Eligible Returns Must:

✓ Be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
✓ Include all original tags and packaging
✓ Have a verified defect or sizing error (if applicable)

Non-Returnable Items:

✗ Items damaged after delivery (stains, alterations, wear)
✗ Returns requested after 30 days from the delivery date


How Returns Work

Step 1: Email support@jacketdrop.com within 30 days from the delivery date with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the issue (if applicable)

  • Reason for return

Step 2: Our team will respond within 24–48 hours with:

  • Return authorization (if approved)

  • Shipping instructions

Step 3: Ship items back to our warehouse using the provided instructions.
➡️ Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the return is due to a verified defect, damage, or an error on our part.


Refunds & Exchanges

Refunds

  • Processed within 10 business days after your return is received

  • Issued to your original payment method

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable (unless due to our error)

  • A 25% restocking fee applies to returns that are not due to a verified defect, damage, or error on our part (e.g., change of mind, wrong size ordered, etc.)

  • Restocking fees are deducted from the refund amount

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item received was incorrect or damaged.

Exchanges

  • Size exchanges must be requested within 48 hours of delivery

  • Customer covers return shipping unless the error is ours

  • Replacement items ship within 3–5 business days after approval


Important Notes

Color Variations

Leather and fabric shades may differ slightly from website photos due to screen settings.
If the difference is significant, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Damaged Items

Report any shipping damage within 48 hours with photos for a replacement.


Order Cancellations

  • Full refund: Cancel within 12 hours

  • No cancellations after 5 days
